Michael Kors Sales Assistant position in Las Vegas, NV. Part-time retail role with customer service, POS operations, and omnichannel support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide engaging in-store experience through customer interaction and teammate support on the sales floor
- Process POS transactions efficiently and create memorable customer experiences
- Balance operational tasks across various store functions
- Achieve productivity goals through effective multitasking and prioritization
- Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards throughout the day
- Drive omnichannel sales through utilization of available tools and technology
- Support store operations during peak retail periods including holidays and weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Ability to meet flexible store scheduling requirements including weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail days
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, kneel, and stoop
- Ability to handle merchandise and operate point-of-sale equipment
- Ability to visually assess merchandise and customer needs
Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail experience is preferred; candidates should demonstrate a self-starter mentality with the ability to drive results and a genuine passion for fashion and styling.
Education
Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English is required.
