Michael Kors seeks a Part‑time Sales Assistant in Las Vegas, NV (Forum Shops) to deliver elevated customer service and drive omnichannel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging, elevated in-store customer experience by proactively greeting clients, identifying needs and providing personalized styling and product recommendations.
- Process POS transactions accurately, handle cash and payments, and maintain transaction and clienteling records.
- Support daily store operations including merchandising, replenishment, inventory accuracy and maintaining visual standards throughout the day.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital and CRM tools to fulfil client orders and convert online interactions into store sales.
- Prioritize tasks to meet productivity targets while assisting teammates on the sales floor and during peak periods.
Qualifications
- Customer-service oriented with a demonstrable passion for fashion and styling.
- Energetic, self-motivated team player with a results-driven mindset and strong interpersonal presence.
- Technologically comfortable with point-of-sale systems and omnichannel retail tools.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury sales experience is preferred, with a track record of meeting sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment. Experience using POS and basic CRM/clienteling tools is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or post-secondary studies in fashion, merchandising or retail are advantageous.
