Role & Responsibilities
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and assist with merchandise floor moves and visual tasks
- Perform stock checks for customers and in support of sales associates
- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner and respond to inquiries quickly and accurately
- Determine customer needs and direct them to the appropriate sales associate
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently while complying with all sales-related policies
- Maintain the sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap area; organize and process go-backs
- Assist sales associates in resolving customer problems and complaints
- Unpack, hang, fold merchandise, and secure security tags as needed
- Adhere to work schedule and all Point-of-Sale policies and procedures
