Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging in-store client experience through proactive customer interaction and personalised styling.
- Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and maintain high standards of cash handling and customer service.
- Support omni-channel sales by using available digital tools to convert enquiries and fulfil orders.
- Balance and prioritise operational tasks across store functions, including opening/closing duties and stock handling.

- Collaborate with teammates to achieve individual productivity and store sales targets.
Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse clientele.
