- Balance and execute operational tasks across store functions, including inventory, replenishment and returns
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards throughout the day
- Achieve individual and store productivity targets through effective prioritisation and multitasking
Qualifications
- Customer-service focused with a demonstrated ability to sell and style with enthusiasm
- Self-starter mentality, energetic, and motivated to meet sales goals
- Technologically literate with experience using POS systems and omnichannel retail tools
- Comfortable working a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and peak trading periods
- Professional presentation aligned with a luxury retail environment
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or client-facing experience preferred, ideally within fashion or luxury retail. Experience in operating POS systems, meeting sales targets and participating in omnichannel initiatives is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further study in fashion, retail or customer service is a plus.
