Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging, on‑floor customer experience by greeting, advising, and styling clients to drive conversion and average transaction value.
- Process point‑of‑sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently, including payments, returns and exchanges.
- Actively pursue sales and productivity targets through consultative selling and cross‑selling across product categories.
- Support omnichannel retail operations by leveraging available tools and technology to fulfill client needs (click‑and‑collect, clienteling, online order support).
- Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards throughout the day, including replenishment and garment presentation.
- Balance multiple operational duties — receiving, tagging, inventory maintenance and loss‑prevention procedures — while prioritizing guest service.
- Work a flexible schedule to cover peak retail periods, holidays and special events, ensuring adequate floor coverage.
- Communicate clearly with teammates and management to escalate client requests, stock issues, and service opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing English; authorization to work for any employer in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
- Ability to meet store scheduling requirements, including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail traffic days.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated customer‑focus and sales orientation.
- Comfort with standing for extended periods and the physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Preferred: previous retail or luxury brand sales experience and a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
- Preferred: self‑starter mentality, energetic presence, and comfort using retail technology and omnichannel tools.

Entry‑level role; prior retail or luxury sales experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrable customer service or sales experience will be advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
