Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and client-service skills with a polished luxury presentation
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holiday periods
- Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining high standards of accuracy
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience, preferably within premium or luxury brands
- Authorization to work in the United States

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, with a strong advantage for candidates who have worked in luxury or premium fashion environments and who can demonstrate consistent achievement of sales or service KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail- or fashion-related coursework or certifications are a plus.
