Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-quality sales and customer service to present and sell Michael Kors collections in a refined store environment.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets; implement and reinforce retail sales strategies and promotions.
- Develop and maintain a loyal customer base through clienteling and follow-up.
- Support cashier and point-of-sale activities, ensuring accurate transactions and cash handling.
- Adhere to all company policies, visual standards and store procedures.
