Role & Responsibilities
- Merchandise products on the sales floor and execute visual merchandising tasks
- Conduct stock checks for customers and sales associates, providing inventory information accurately
- Perform Point-of-Sale transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner upon store entry
- Respond to customer inquiries and direct them to appropriate sales associates or provide solutions
- Support sales associates in resolving customer concerns and complaints
- Coordinate with stock and sales teams to ensure seamless fitting room experiences
- Maintain sales floor, merchandise displays, fitting rooms, and cash wrap in organized, neat condition
- Hang, fold, and secure merchandise with security tags as needed
- Process go-backs and execute store floor rotations
- Adhere to work schedule and maintain consistent time and attendance
- Comply with all Point-of-Sale policies and procedures
