Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging, client-focused in-store experience through proactive customer engagement and personalized styling recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store POS and uphold cash-handling best practices
- Support daily store operations including inventory handling, visual standards, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging in-store technology and available digital tools to convert and fulfil customer demand
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and store productivity targets and assist with merchandising and stock replenishment
- Prioritize tasks and multitask effectively during peak periods to sustain service levels and sales performance
Qualifications
- Customer-service orientation with a demonstrable ability to sell and deliver memorable client experiences
- Energetic, self-motivated and brand-driven attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Technologically literate with experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and a willingness to adopt omnichannel tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities and meet productivity goals in a fast-paced retail environment
- Professional presentation and a passion for fashion and styling
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred; prior luxury or fashion retail experience and familiarity with POS-driven sales environments are advantageous but not strictly required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
