Role & Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by merchandising and replenishing product on the sales floor to brand visual standards.
- Conduct stock checks for customers and sales associates and assist with floor moves and visual tasks.
- Execute POS transactions accurately and in accordance with company sales policies and procedures.
- Greet customers warmly, answer questions promptly, and direct clients to the appropriate sales associate.
- Assist sales associates with client issues and complaints and collaborate with stock to ensure a seamless fitting-room experience.
- Maintain a neat, organised and fully stocked sales floor, fitting rooms and cash wrap; process go-backs.
- Hang, fold and prepare merchandise for sale, including applying or removing security tags as required.
- Adhere to scheduled hours, time-and-attendance rules and all point-of-sale controls.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Right to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability with willingness to work weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
- Professional presence, strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift and move merchandise as required.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is preferred, ideally within a fashion or luxury environment; experience with POS systems, merchandising and customer-facing roles is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
