Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, personalised welcome to every customer and respond promptly to enquiries to ensure a high-quality client experience.
- Support the sales team by replenishing merchandise, maintaining a neat and merchandised sales floor, and assisting with floor moves and visual tasks.
- Process Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies; assist with cash-wrap and fitting room operations.
- Perform stock checks, unpack and hang/fold merchandise, secure security tags and process go-backs to maintain inventory flow.
- Collaborate with sales and stock colleagues to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless shopping journey; adhere to time and attendance expectations and all operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer-service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and to remain professional in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling proficiency; attention to detail when processing transactions and maintaining merchandise presentation.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise, and perform routine stockroom tasks.
