Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive customer service: greet customers, assess needs, answer questions and escalate to sales associates when appropriate.
- Process Point-of-Sale transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash-handling procedures and POS policies.
- Maintain an orderly, visually compelling sales floor: unpack, hang or fold merchandise, replenish stock and secure security tags as required.
- Support visual merchandising and floor moves to ensure assortment integrity and brand presentation standards.
- Perform stock checks and assist sales associates with inventory enquiries and customer requests.
- Manage fitting-room operations and collaborate with sales and stock teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Adhere to store operational policies including time & attendance, returns/go-backs processing and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred; luxury retail experience is an advantage.
- Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a client-focused demeanour.
- Reliable, team-oriented professional with attention to detail and the ability to stand for prolonged periods.

Preferred: prior retail or customer-facing experience, ideally within a fashion or luxury environment; familiarity with POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
