Role & Responsibilities

- Process Point‑of‑Sale transactions accurately and follow POS policies and procedures.

- Support fitting room operations to deliver a fast, seamless customer experience.
- Maintain sales floor, fitting rooms and cash wrap; process go‑backs and unpack incoming merchandise.
- Adhere to scheduled shifts, time and attendance procedures, and all sales‑related company policies.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a polished, professional manner.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Basic cash handling and Point‑of‑Sale transaction experience or aptitude.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain visual standards on the sales floor.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with stock and sales associates to support the customer experience.

Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is preferred but not required; candidates with strong customer service aptitude will be considered.
