Role & Responsibilities
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and maintain optimal stock levels
- Perform inventory stock checks for customers and in support of sales associates
- Assist with merchandise floor moves, visual displays, and merchandising tasks
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to all sales policies
- Greet customers warmly and professionally upon store entry
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and accurately, directing them to appropriate sales associates
- Support resolution of customer problems and complaints in collaboration with sales team
- Manage fitting room operations to ensure fast and seamless customer experience
- Maintain sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap cleanliness and organization
- Unpack, hang, fold, and secure merchandise with security tags as needed
- Process go-backs and maintain adherence to work schedule and attendance requirements
