Role & Responsibilities
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and perform stock checks for customers and sales associates
- Assist with merchandise floor moves and visual display tasks
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Comply with all sales-related policies and procedures
- Greet each customer in a warm and friendly manner upon store entry
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and accurately
- Determine customer needs and direct them to appropriate sales associates
- Assist sales associates in resolving client problems and complaints
- Coordinate with stock and sales associates to ensure fast and seamless customer experience in fitting rooms
- Maintain sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap areas in neat and organized condition
- Unpack, hang, and fold merchandise; secure security tags when needed
- Process merchandise floor moves and run go-backs as directed
- Adhere to work schedule, including punctuality and consistent attendance
- Comply with all Point-of-Sale policies and procedures
