Role & Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by replenishing merchandise, maintaining visual standards and executing floor moves to ensure an organized, on-brand boutique presentation.
- Process Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions accurately and adhere to all POS and sales-related policies and procedures.
- Greet and assist customers with warmth and efficiency, respond to inquiries, identify needs and direct clients to appropriate sales associates.
- Manage operational tasks including unpacking, hanging/folding merchandise, securing security tags, running go-backs and maintaining fitting rooms and cash wrap.
- Perform stock checks for customers and sales associates and collaborate with stockroom staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused demeanor with polished interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle cash accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to visual merchandising standards.
- Reliable availability consistent with a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Entry-level role; previous retail or luxury sales experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with demonstrable customer service experience will be given strong consideration.
