Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and personalised service.
- Deliver elevated levels of sales and customer service, demonstrating deep product knowledge across the women's collection.
- Manage post-sale customer care including shipping, alterations coordination and special requests to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain a repeat clientele using the client book and proactive clienteling activities.
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally to preserve brand reputation and loyalty.
- Maintain a neat, well-merchandised selling floor and ensure stockroom inventory is accurate and organised.
- Support receiving, shipping and stock processes including associated paperwork and participate in inventory counts.
- Comply with Point-of-Sale policies and correctly execute all relevant register functions and cash-handling procedures.
- Adhere to scheduled hours, time and attendance policies, and participate in required training and store meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience; previous experience in luxury, premium or fashion retail preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale systems, inventory control and basic cash-handling procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; multilingual ability is welcome but not required.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and peak shopping periods.
