Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through personalized customer approach and compelling product presentation
- Deliver exceptional sales execution and customer service across all store operations
- Provide expert consultation to both domestic and international clientele
- Continuously expand trend and styling knowledge to inspire and educate customers
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through relationship management and follow-up
- Leverage available tools and technology to optimize sales performance and customer insights
- Execute visual merchandising guidelines and oversee merchandise assortment management
- Demonstrate flexibility and commitment to professional development in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
Qualifications
- Completed professional training in retail or equivalent experience in clothing and accessories, preferably in the luxury sector
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a demanding environment
- Proficiency with store opening and closing procedures
- Fluent German and strong English language skills
