Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide luxury retail consultation to domestic and international clientele
- Create a sophisticated, welcoming store atmosphere through meticulous attention to visual merchandising and operational standards
- Build and nurture genuine, long-term customer relationships through charismatic and empathetic brand ambassadorship
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings and brand values to advise customers with confidence and expertise
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury retail sales with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to surpass targets
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are advantageous
- Charismatic communication style with the confidence to engage both domestic and international customers
