Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience for national and international customers through attentive advisory and professional clienteling.
- Maintain a luxurious, welcoming store environment that reflects brand operational and visual merchandising standards.
- Proactively achieve and contribute to individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and relationship-building.
- Support day-to-day retail operations including stock management, loss prevention, visual presentation and point-of-sale procedures.
- Act as a confident, charismatic brand ambassador who cultivates long-term customer loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Availability to work as a part-time Minijob (approximately 10 hours per week) and flexibility for retail hours including weekends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first attitude.
- Fluency in German and good command of English; additional languages advantageous.
- Enthusiasm for luxury retail and a polished, professional demeanour appropriate for a flagship environment.
- Result-orientated, team-focused mindset with the ability to inspire colleagues and exceed targets.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience is required; experience in luxury or premium retail and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and to advise international clientele are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or formal retail/commerce qualification preferred but not mandatory.
