Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example as a MK Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools
- Maintain floor and stock presence throughout shifts
- Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance
- Use Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert and advise customers with passion and confidence
- Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm and excitement to work in a fast-paced retail environment with relevant sales experience
- Capability and desire to collaborate and inspire fellow team members to work together and achieve results
- Technological proficiency with the ability to leverage technology to drive sales and customer experience
- Local language proficiency and effective communication skills

Relevant sales experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
