Michael Kors seeks a Part-time Sales Associate (12h) in Leidschendam‑Voorburg, Netherlands — drive clientelling and sales at Mall of the Netherlands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, luxury-level customer experiences as a Michael Kors ambassador to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Proactively engage in clientelling: manage client communication using available clientelling apps and tools to nurture relationships.
- Maintain impeccable floor and stock presence; ensure merchandise is presentation-ready and inventory is accurately managed.
- Use Product Knowledge packs to advise customers confidently and position assortments effectively.
- Collaborate with store management to understand business results, identify sales opportunities and contribute to store performance targets.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable enthusiasm for fashion and a professional, brand-aligned demeanour.
- Relevant retail sales experience; prior experience in fashion or luxury retail preferred.
- Proven ability to collaborate, inspire colleagues and operate as a proactive team player.
- Technological proficiency with mobile CRM/clientelling tools and point-of-sale systems.
- Local language proficiency preferred (Dutch); excellent verbal communication skills and customer orientation.
- Availability to work a 12-hour part-time schedule, including weekends and peak retail periods.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales is required; experience within fashion or luxury retail is preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch client service is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (high school or vocational training); retail or fashion-related qualifications preferred.
