Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalized customer service and professional product advice to drive sales of apparel, accessories and fragrances.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while executing brand sales strategies and promotional initiatives.
- Develop, maintain and grow a loyal client base through proactive outreach, follow-up and clienteling activities.
- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain high levels of product presentation and stock care on the shop floor.
- Perform cashiering and point-of-sale transactions accurately and comply with all operational procedures and loss-prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in textile/retail sales or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum two years of customer-facing retail experience in a sales role; experience in fashion or beauty brands is advantageous.
- Fluent German and good command of English to assist international clientele.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Proactive, resilient and target-driven mindset with an ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
