Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end email campaign workflows across EMEA, managing briefs, audience selection and linking table setup with multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Support CRM data-capture initiatives across e‑commerce and retail channels to ensure touchpoints are optimised for conversion and accurate customer capture.
  • Maintain the email QA tracker and perform detailed cross‑device and content testing to ensure error‑free campaign launches.
  • Monitor lifecycle automations (welcome, cart abandonment, post‑purchase etc.), identify performance trends and assist with optimisation actions to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing to plan and deliver Retail and Outlet campaign executions, ensuring briefs align with objectives and deadlines.
  • Support SMS and on‑demand messaging activity including planning, audience selection, copy briefs and scheduling.
  • Compile weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports; analyse key email metrics to surface insights, anomalies and optimisation opportunities.
  • Support A/B test setup and tracking across campaigns and lifecycle journeys and maintain the test roadmap with results and learnings.
  • Provide administrative and process support for the Customer Retention team, documenting workflows and best practices to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of experience in marketing, CRM, email or digital coordination, or demonstrable transferable experience from a related role.
  • Practical experience with email campaign execution or CRM/platform support (vendor‑agnostic exposure acceptable).
  • Comfortable working with data: pulling basic reports, interpreting email metrics and maintaining trackers.
  • Strong written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail in copy, setup and reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and to work collaboratively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
