Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach store sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining luxury service standards
- Execute key opening and closing procedures and complete assigned operational duties accurately
- Develop and nurture customer relationships through active clienteling and personalised styling advice
- Support upper management in implementing sales strategies, promotions and visual merchandising directives
- Delegate tasks, manage daily floor operations and act as an escalation point for customer service issues
- Promote a collaborative, performance-driven environment and mentor associates to develop leadership capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience
- Proven ability to drive sales and coach frontline staff

- Comfortable performing opening/closing and other store operational responsibilities

At least 2 years of relevant retail experience, preferably with supervisory or team lead responsibilities; luxury or premium brand experience is highly desirable.
