Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, visual standards and loss prevention practices.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to achieve personal and store sales targets while maintaining elevated service standards.
- Drive results through strategic selling, clienteling and by demonstrating advanced styling techniques.
- Ensure operational excellence by supervising merchandising, inventory handling and point-of-sale transactions.
- Support upper management with performance analysis, staff scheduling and execution of promotional activity during peak retail periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably with supervisory or team-lead responsibilities in premium or luxury retail.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; the employer is unable to sponsor visas at this time.
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Flexible availability to meet store scheduling needs, including weekends, holidays and peak shopping days.
- Ability to meet physical requirements: stand and walk up to 8 hours, lift/carry up to 30 pounds, reach, bend and operate POS equipment.

Experience
At least two years of hands-on retail experience with demonstrable success in sales and customer engagement; prior supervisory or lead experience in a branded retail environment is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or certification in retail management, fashion merchandising or a related field is preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Cypress, Texas, USA, with easy access to Houston.
