Michael Kors seeks a Full‑Time Sales Supervisor at Rockefeller Center, New York — lead sales, coach staff and deliver luxury client service (NYC, Michael Kors).
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal and store sales performance to meet or exceed targets through elevated levels of service and consultative selling.
- Coach, develop and mentor sales associates to elevate individual and team selling techniques and clienteling practices.
- Deliver exemplary client service: manage client inquiries, resolve complaints, cultivate repeat clientele and oversee post-sale fulfilment (shipping, alterations, special requests).
- Support store operations including cash controls, register management, risk and physical security protocols, inventory handling, shipping/receiving and participation in inventories.
- Implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives to ensure the selling floor is organized, stocked and on-brand at all times.
- Assist in recruitment, training follow-up and enforcement of grooming, attendance and brand image standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of specialty retail experience with demonstrated sales results.
- Proven supervisory or team-lead experience in a retail environment, including coaching and staff development.
- Strong clienteling aptitude and demonstrated ability to build and maintain repeat clientele.
- Reliable understanding of cash handling, POS/register functions and basic inventory processes.
- Professional appearance and adherence to brand grooming standards; dependable attendance and timekeeping.

Minimum of 2 years of specialty retail experience, with prior supervisory or lead responsibilities preferred and a track record of meeting sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or bachelor’s degree in business, fashion retail or a related field preferred.
