Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day store operations, including key opening and closing duties and ensuring adherence to operational procedures.
- Drive personal and store sales performance through hands-on leadership, coaching and execution of sales strategies.
- Coach and mentor sales associates on clienteling, styling techniques and product knowledge to strengthen customer relationships and repeat business.
- Manage customer experience standards, resolving escalated customer issues and ensuring a consistently high level of service.
- Support inventory control, visual merchandising standards and effective stock presentation on the sales floor.
- Maintain operational tasks such as cash handling, point-of-sale processes and store safety/compliance during shifts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant retail experience, ideally with supervisory or team-lead responsibility.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; the employer cannot sponsor work visas at this time.
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays and peak retail events.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and perform routine physical tasks required in store operations.

Experience
At least 2+ years of hands-on retail experience with demonstrated success in sales and frontline leadership; experience in fashion retail or luxury brand environments preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or retail management training preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 20.50 per hour.
