Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach store sales team to meet individual and store sales targets through a strategic, multifaceted approach.
- Perform and oversee key opening and closing duties, cash handling and other daily operational tasks.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through active clienteling and personalised styling advice.
- Foster team performance via mentoring, on-the-floor coaching and modelling elevated customer service standards.
- Demonstrate flexibility to support fluctuating store needs and assume multi-tasking responsibilities during peak periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience with demonstrated sales results.
- Proven ability to supervise, mentor and motivate a frontline retail team.
- Strong clienteling skills and a customer-centric approach to selling and styling.
- Comfortable performing opening/closing and routine operational tasks.
- Technologically literate with the ability to use POS systems and retail tools; entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude.
- Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and peak shopping periods.

Experience
Minimum of 2+ years of frontline retail experience, ideally with supervisory or lead responsibilities and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail management training or related coursework is advantageous.
