Michael Kors seeks a Sales Supervisor to support store results, oversee opening and closing operations, develop customer relationships, coach styling and guide the team in delivering excellent service. The role requires flexible availability, including weekends, holidays and peak retail days, and includes physical work such as standing for up to 8 hours per shift and lifting up to 30 pounds.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist upper management in driving results through a strategic, multifaceted approach.
- Perform key opening and closing duties and operational tasks.
- Develop personal knowledge of current trends and coach styling techniques to foster customer relationships.
- Lead and multitask to empower the team to deliver the highest standards of customer service.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant retail experience.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
- Availability to meet store scheduling expectations, including a flexible schedule, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail and sales days such as the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, and Mother’s Day.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, kneel, and stoop.
- Ability to handle merchandise and operate point-of-sale equipment.
- Ability to visually assess merchandise and customer needs.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members in writing and verbally.
- Ability to work in busy environments, including under bright lights, with music, and during peak traffic hours.
