Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an MK Ambassador on the sales floor, delivering exceptional, brand-consistent customer experiences to cultivate loyalty and repeat business.
- Manage client relationships and communications using all available clientelling apps and CRM tools to maximise lifetime value.
- Maintain polished floor and stockroom presence; ensure merchandise is replenished, merchandised and presentation standards are upheld.
- Apply product knowledge to advise customers confidently and drive conversions through consultative selling and upselling.
- Collaborate closely with store management to review business results, identify sales opportunities and contribute to store performance objectives.
Qualifications
- Relevant retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury segments.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage diverse clientele with professionalism and warmth.
- Demonstrable teamwork mindset with the capacity to motivate and collaborate with peers to achieve collective results.
- Comfortable using mobile clientelling applications and point-of-sale or stock-management systems; technologically proficient.
- Local language proficiency (Italian) preferred; availability to work retail hours including weekends and evenings.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience is required, ideally in fashion or luxury retail. Experience using clientelling/CRM tools and meeting sales targets is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
