Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, client-focused customer experience that drives store sales and loyalty.
- Execute daily operational tasks with precision, including cash handling, replenishment and visual standards.
- Meet productivity and personal sales targets through effective multitasking and prioritisation.
- Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships through knowledge of trends, styling and follow-up.
- Collaborate with store management to develop creative selling initiatives and maximise individual results.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging in-store digital tools, mobile POS and available retail technology.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Enthusiastic self-starter with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Fashion-forward sensibility with demonstrable styling ability and product knowledge.
- Comfortable using retail technologies and omnichannel sales tools; entrepreneurial mindset.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience, preferably in luxury, premium or contemporary fashion environments; demonstrated success in personal selling, clienteling and omnichannel retail operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail- or fashion-related training or certifications are an asset.
