Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client experiences and achieve individual and store sales targets through personalised clienteling and active selling.
- Execute all sales-floor duties with precision, including product presentation, visual merchandising and stock management.
- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement initiatives that maximise personal and store sales performance.
- Use available tools and technologies to prospect, follow up and convert business opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends, styling techniques and product assortments to inspire customers.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a commitment to personal development within a high‑tempo retail environment.
Qualifications
- Relevant retail sales experience.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to remain resilient and effective under pressure in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritise competing duties.
- English language proficiency.

Experience
Relevant retail sales experience is required; experience in luxury or premium fashion houses is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational qualification in retail/commerce is advantageous.
