Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and represent the Michael Kors brand with professionalism to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Proactively engage and convert customers on the sales floor using expert product knowledge and persuasive selling techniques.
- Maintain client communication through all clientelling apps and CRM tools to support follow-up and long-term relationships.
- Sustain floor and stock presence by executing merchandising, replenishment and accurate stock-handling procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the store management team to understand business results and identify opportunities to improve store performance.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable enthusiasm for fashion and a professional, customer-first attitude.
- Previous retail sales experience, ideally within premium or luxury fashion environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively and inspire teammates to achieve store targets.
- Technological proficiency and comfort using clientelling apps, POS systems and basic CRM functionality.
- Local language proficiency preferred (Dutch) and strong verbal communication skills.

Previous experience in a retail sales role is required; prior exposure to premium or luxury fashion retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or fashion is advantageous.
