Michael Kors seeks a Part-time Sales Associate in Kildare Town, Ireland to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer experiences as a brand ambassador to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Proactively engage customers using clientelling apps and tools to build relationships and manage follow-up communications.
- Maintain on-floor presentation and stockroom accuracy, ensuring merchandise is merchandised to brand standards.
- Develop product expertise using Product Knowledge packs to confidently advise customers and close sales.
- Collaborate closely with store management and colleagues to share market feedback, optimise store performance and meet sales targets.
- Monitor sales results and customer metrics to identify opportunities and translate them into action on the floor.
Qualifications
- Proven enthusiasm for fashion and customer service, with relevant retail sales experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and to inspire peers to achieve collective targets.
- Technological proficiency with mobile clientelling tools and point-of-sale systems.
- Effective verbal communication skills; local language (English) preferable.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and peak trading periods.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets and strong customer relationship management.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; formal tertiary qualifications not required for this role.
