Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client experiences through proactive, personalized customer engagement to convert traffic and achieve sales targets.
- Execute daily sales operations to a high standard, including clienteling, merchandising, stock replenishment and checkout procedures.
- Continuously expand product, styling and trend knowledge to inspire clients and provide considered fashion advice.
- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement initiatives to maximise individual and store sales performance.
- Utilise all available tools and technologies (POS, CRM) to track clients, follow up on leads and optimise sales results.
- Demonstrate flexibility in hours and tasks and pursue ongoing personal and professional development within a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
- Excellent verbal communication and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a busy, target-driven environment.
- Strong multitasking ability and a solutions-oriented, customer-first mindset.
- Fluency in German and English.

Relevant retail sales experience in a high-street or luxury fashion environment; demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational retail or sales training is desirable.
