Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example as a Michael Kors Ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences that foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain client communications using available clienteling apps and tools.
- Maintain a presence on the sales floor and in stock areas.
- Communicate effectively with the management team to support store performance.
- Use Product Knowledge packs to develop selling expertise and advise customers with passion and confidence.
- Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for fashion and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
- Relevant sales experience.
