Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and document projects across multiple retail workstreams from initiation through delivery.
- Track milestones, deliverables and interdependencies; maintain project dashboards and status reports for leadership visibility.
- Coordinate and lead meetings, prepare agendas and capture action items to ensure timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive on-time execution and quality outcomes.
- Monitor project risks, surface issues promptly and escalate to senior project leads when necessary.
- Contribute to process-improvement initiatives and participate in team retrospectives to enhance delivery practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project coordination or project management support, preferably within retail.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or a related discipline preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to the New York City office to support retail business partners.
