Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales through elevated client service and in-depth product knowledge; follow through on post-sale details including shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure client satisfaction.
- Operate the cash desk and Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately; execute management register functions and comply with all POS and cash-handling policies.
- Resolve client issues and complaints in partnership with store management and Head Office to preserve brand reputation and ensure swift resolution.
- Maintain merchandise presentation and visual standards on the selling floor; assist with merchandising and implementation of visual directives.
- Support inventory control, shipping and receiving procedures, monthly damage processing and participate in store inventories.
- Train and assist sales staff on proper register usage and point-of-sale protocols; communicate store supply needs to management.
- Adhere to company grooming and image standards, attendance policies, and participate in required training programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
- Proven accuracy in cash handling and familiarity with Point-of-Sale systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-service orientation.
- Ability to maintain brand image standards and work collaboratively with store teams.
- Flexible to participate in trainings, meetings and to adhere to scheduled hours.

Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, including cash handling and POS operation; prior experience in luxury or premium retail preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
