Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and expert product consultation for Michael Kors luxury lifestyle collections
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through strategic selling techniques and client relationship management
- Develop and maintain a satisfied customer base through personalized engagement and follow-up
- Execute all visual merchandising directives and maintain store presentation standards
