Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the buy process and resolve minimum order issues in collaboration with global teams
- Confirm and manage on-time delivery of finished goods with overseas vendors
- Upload and maintain final order quantities in PLM systems
- Communicate daily with vendors and agents regarding production changes and updates
- Review delivery extensions, early shipments, air shipments, and related logistics adjustments
- Track and maintain bulk delivery schedules with overseas factories and logistics teams
- Monitor global finished goods purchase order booking reports
- Manage e-commerce copy requests and maintain tracking documentation
- Review and update Style Master Data Extract in RLM; assign UPC descriptions for all SKUs
- Issue UPC information to all divisions and factories each season
- Maintain and disseminate global shipping manuals and packaging standards
- Conduct ad hoc vendor performance analysis and reporting
- Manage and supervise 1–2 direct reports
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of production management experience
- Excellent follow-up, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and analytical capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with PLM systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities and multi-task effectively

Experience
3–6 years of production management experience in a fast-paced, global environment, preferably within fashion or ready-to-wear manufacturing. Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple geographies, manage vendor relationships, and maintain complex production schedules.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
