Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate North America production for visual merchandising projects, including seasonal props, visual tools, duratrans, video roll-outs and window programs under the direction of the Assistant Manager.
- Track timelines and key deadlines; prepare install materials and ensure deliverables are organized and rollout-ready.
- Manage incoming and outgoing assets: sample intake, labeling, filing, storage and archiving of season assets.
- Support global window program logistics by routing samples, prototypes and production assets to appropriate teams and regions and tracking shipments and deliveries.
- Maintain and update production trackers, calendars, specification files, documentation packets and inventory logs.
- Prepare materials for vendor reviews, global QC sessions and internal meetings; support store-level installation readiness for major activations (flagships, Destination 1, priority campaigns).
- Provide on-site support for major installations in North America, including pack-in/pack-out and installation preparation.
- Assist budget workflows by logging invoices, tracking purchase orders and consolidating delivery confirmations for reconciliation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with VM Execution, VM Design and North America VM Field Teams to ensure accurate, timely information transfer; all external vendor communication is routed through or delegated by coordinator leadership.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in production, operations, visual merchandising or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple timelines and maintain structured records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with organizational/project management tools.
- Clear written and verbal communication and a collaborative approach to cross-functional work.
- Physical ability to lift and move visual merchandising assets and materials as required.
- Attention to detail, process discipline and a proactive, follow-through orientation.

Early-career operations professional with 1–3 years of hands-on experience supporting production, logistics or visual merchandising workflows in retail, brand or agency environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in fashion, visual merchandising, operations management or a related discipline preferred.
