Role & Responsibilities
- Operate cash registers and ensure proper functioning of all related devices
- Accurately process payments and follow company policies for returns and refunds
- Support opening and closing procedures for tills in accordance with company guidelines
- Provide a high level of customer experience for every customer interaction
- Respond to customer questions and concerns quickly and effectively whilst ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain client communication as a Michael Kors ambassador through utilising all available clientelling applications and tools
- Proactively manage the CRM database
