- Uphold Michael Kors brand standards for personal image, grooming, and professional presentation
- Operate point-of-sale registers and ensure proper functioning of all related devices
- Process payments accurately and follow company policies for returns, refunds, and cash reconciliation
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and concerns quickly and effectively
