Role & Responsibilities
- Operate cash registers and ensure proper functioning of all related devices
- Accurately process payments and follow company policies for returns and refunds
- Support opening and closing procedures for tills in line with company guidelines
- Provide a high level of customer experience for every customer interaction
- Respond to customer questions and concerns quickly and effectively whilst ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain client communication as a Michael Kors Ambassador through utilizing all available clientelling apps and tools
- Proactively manage the CRM database
- Uphold brand standards for image and grooming
- Model company behaviors and effectively use the behavior toolkit
- Collaborate as part of a dynamic team to deliver an exceptional Michael Kors experience
