Role & Responsibilities
- Uphold Michael Kors brand standards for image, grooming, and professional conduct
- Operate point-of-sale systems and ensure proper functioning of all related devices
- Accurately process payments, manage returns and refunds in compliance with company policies
- Support opening and closing procedures for tills and checkout areas according to company guidelines
