Role & Responsibilities

  • Process, validate and maintain line-level partner sales and stock data to ensure data integrity across planning systems and reports.
  • Liaise with wholesale partners to chase and convert disparate reporting into consistent, system-ready formats.
  • Upload and reconcile data within internal tools and platforms; support continuous maintenance of planning databases and processes.
  • Prepare and support weekly trade reporting and ad-hoc analyses to inform commercial decision-making.
  • Support planners in WSSI updates, sales forecasting, replenishment logic and OTB monitoring, and identify NOS replenishment opportunities.
  • Produce succinct analysis and summarised strategic actions for planners and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency — lookups, PivotTables, IF statements; Power Query is a plus.
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and validation.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills; ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills; able to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Previous experience in planning, allocation, or retail (shop-floor or wholesale) is preferred. Experience working with sales and stock data, preparing trade reports and supporting forecasting activities is advantageous.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Retail, Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain, Mathematics/Statistics or a related discipline preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.
