Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets through proactive client engagement and strategic selling.
  • Develop and apply advanced luxury retail sales techniques, including cross-selling and upselling.
  • Maintain exhaustive product knowledge to present merchandise accurately and persuasively.
  • Build and cultivate long-term client relationships using a private client book and personalised service.
  • Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to preserve brand reputation.
  • Support colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience across the sales floor, stockroom and back of house.
  • Ensure the sales floor meets brand visual and housekeeping standards; manage stock replenishment and merchandising.
  • Adhere to company policies, cash-handling procedures and point-of-sale operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience; prior work with premium or luxury brands is advantageous.
  • Fluency in Polish and English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Adaptability to perform multiple in-store roles (shop floor, stock handling, back‑of‑house duties).
  • Strong clienteling aptitude and a demonstrated ability to manage a private client book.
