Role & Responsibilities
- Manage stockroom operations and lead the cashier/stock team to ensure efficient back-of-house workflows.
- Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor; execute merchandising resets as directed.
- Oversee receiving, shipping and associated paperwork; ensure compliance with shipping/receiving protocols.
- Conduct and participate in inventory counts and cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies with accuracy and timeliness.
- Operate Point-of-Sale systems and perform relevant register functions in accordance with company policies.
- Deliver exemplary customer service on the selling floor; build and maintain repeat clientele through clienteling and client book management.
- Adhere to time-and-attendance policies and participate in required training and development programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of retail or stockroom experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Demonstrable experience operating Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and performing register functions.
- Strong organizational aptitude with attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise, work on a physically active schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable, punctual and capable of working cooperatively within a small store team.

Experience
1–2 years of retail or stockroom experience is preferred, including exposure to POS operation, receiving/shipping protocols and inventory cycles; luxury retail experience is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
